        Welcome, Youth Inclusion Initiative Participants!

We are proud to welcome our Youth Inclusion Initiative (YII) Summer Program 2025 participants! As the only Trenton-based organization selected for this statewide effort, NIA, in partnership with the NJ Dept of Environmental Protection, offers a unique opportunity for local youth ages 16–20 to explore environmental leadership. Participants will visit NJDEP sites and learn from professionals in the field, while gaining valuable experience through hands-on learning, community projects, and professional workshops, building leadership skills and making a positive impact in their community.
